General Use

Rockridge Baptist Assembly is owned and operated by the Carrollton, Troup, and Western Baptist Associations.  Its primary function is to meet the needs of the churches of these three local associations. However, as space is available, the assembly is available for use by any non-association Christian church group.

The minimum charge is for twenty-five (25) people on a weekend retreat and seventy-five (75) for a week of summer camp.

Reservations

For reservations, contact the Assembly office to check for availability.  Rockridge is available for weekend retreats year round and for week-long camps during the summer months.  Reservations are taken on a first-come, first serve basis.

In order to confirm your reservation, we must receive a completed reservation form, and  the required deposit within ten days from the date the reservation form is received.  A $15.00 per night deposit is required for each room in the adult conference center, and a $100.00 per night deposit is required for each dormitory.

Cancellations

All cancellations, including individual rooms, must be received by the Assembly manager at least forty-five (45) days prior to scheduled arrival in order to receive a deposit refund.
